These pages are a plain-English restatement, written to help you find the right provision and understand what it asks of you. They are not the text of the statute, and nothing here should be quoted as though it were. Section and rule numbers are exact, and every page names its source.
What it says
- 01
- A person aggrieved by an order or direction of the Board may appeal to the Appellate Tribunal within sixty days of receiving it. The Tribunal endeavours to dispose of an appeal within six months and functions as a digital office.
In practice
The sixty days run from receipt of the order, not from the date it was made. Rule 22 requires the appeal to be filed in digital form, with the fee payable through UPI.
