To run Gevox, Suryansh Sagar, trading as Gevox relies on a small number of trusted service providers ("sub-processors") who process personal data only on our instructions, under contract, with safeguards required by Section 8 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This page lists every one of them. We do not sell your personal data.
What it does
Database, authentication and file storage — the secure home for your account and your compliance data.
Personal data it may process
Account details, company profile, generated documents, records of processing, and your breach, rights and evidence records.
Location
What it does
The AI engine (Gevox AI) that drafts your documents and analyses your compliance scans.
Personal data it may process
The content you submit for generation or analysis. It is not retained by the provider to train its models.
Location
What it does
Hosting for the Gevox application backend that processes your requests.
Personal data it may process
Data in transit while your requests are processed, plus security and operational logs.

Hosting and delivery for the Gevox website and dashboard you see in your browser.

Technical request data needed to serve the app, such as IP address and browser type, via its global edge network.

Delivery of service and security emails, such as sign-in and notification messages.

Billing details and payment information you enter at checkout. Gevox never stores your full card number.

Where a sub-processor above is marked "cross-border", the relevant data is processed outside India. We make any such transfer in line with Section 16 of the DPDP Act. Your core account and compliance records are stored in India with Supabase; the cross-border processing is limited to AI generation, hosting, and email delivery.
We keep this page current. Before we add a new sub-processor or replace an existing one, we will update this page and give our paying customers reasonable prior notice, along with a chance to raise an objection. This mirrors the standard we recommend to our own users.
